I don't know exactly what he says in the French version, but in the English, he, Largo, and Joy are at the hospital... he hands Largo a coffee, and then offers him a cheese cracker with peanut butter. When Largo declines, Kerensky remarks about how American it is to have a snack like that. Joy then tells him "And you have the bad taste to eat them - without sharing."
